Are property prices in Berlin increasing?

It is real! Berlin’s rental prices are rocking with an increase of 8.8% in just a year. According to latest reports (i.e. Bundesinstitut für Bau, Stadt und Raum Forschung), the square meter to rent in Berlin has reached 10 € on average. This takes Berlin to a similiar position than the city of Düsselsdorf but still behind expensive german cities like Munich, Frankfurt or Stuttgart.
